Job Summary
To support a high-volume experienced-hire recruiting function, the fully remote Talent Attraction Recruiter will source, engage, and attract top talent across multiple business lines while collaborating closely with internal recruiting teams.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
- Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience within large corporate, professional services, or staffing environments preferred
- Strong sourcing and candidate generation skills
- SuccessFactors experience is a plus
