Talent Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and delivery of enterprise learning programs, the remote Manager, Talent Development will design scalable solutions to enhance employee capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and improve program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs that build employee skills and capabilities
• Translate organizational learning priorities into actionable program plans and resources, including AI capability building
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and communications to ensure successful program delivery and onboarding experiences

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related People & Culture functions
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and effective learning delivery approaches
• Experience managing enterprise learning programs and onboarding initiatives
• Proven program and project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance employee learning and talent development
