Talent Development Manager
Job Summary
The full-time salaried Talent Development Manager will focus on building leadership and organizational capabilities, translating business strategy into engaging development experiences, and creating resources to support HR Business Partners and leaders, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business strategy and talent priorities into focused development solutions and learning experiences
- Design and develop scalable resources and toolkits for leadership and managerial effectiveness
- Facilitate enablement sessions for HR Business Partners to reinforce learning within their teams
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs
- Strong learning-design and content-development capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, for creating and managing digital content
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
