Talent Development Manager
Job Summary
To support organizational growth, the full-time salaried Talent Development Manager will design and implement leadership and management development programs, create scalable learning resources, and enable HR Business Partners to facilitate training remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business strategy and talent priorities into focused development solutions and learning experiences
- Design scalable leadership and manager enablement programs, including toolkits and workshops
- Develop train-the-trainer approaches to empower HR Business Partners in facilitating development initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields
- Proven ability to design and implement leadership and professional development programs
- Strong skills in content development and facilitation for diverse audiences
- Experience in project management with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
