Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Assess organizational learning needs through consultation and data analysis to inform educational strategies
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive behavior change and foster participation
- Develop and implement individualized development plans and structured learning pathways for leaders and employees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in learning and development or a related field
- Strong background in adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience in evaluating educational effectiveness and utilizing data for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and course management
