Job Summary
To enhance organizational capability, the remote, salaried Talent Development Partner will design, facilitate, and evaluate educational programs that promote leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assess organizational learning needs and develop tailored learning experiences that drive behavior change
- Lead and improve new hire orientation programs and annual education plans aligned with organizational priorities
- Evaluate educational effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics, promoting continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in learning and development, workforce education, or leadership development
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational content maintenance
- Proven ability to consult and partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and development solutions
