Talent Development Program Manager
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Talent Development & Community Program Manager, the successful candidate will design and manage the Evolver Experience Ecosystem, overseeing talent and leadership development programs, New Evolver Onboarding, and community initiatives to enhance employee engagement and culture.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the talent and leadership development strategy, connecting learning with culture and community
- Lead New Hire Orientation, ensuring new employees understand the business and feel connected to the company culture
- Build and facilitate leadership development programs and oversee Employee Resource Groups and DEIB initiatives
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or employee experience
- Proven experience in building learning and culture programs from scratch in a growth company
- Technical aptitude with platforms such as LMS or HRIS, and experience with automation and data reporting
- Strong program management skills, including budget management and initiative ownership
- Business acumen to align development and culture programs with business priorities
