Talent Development Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance leadership capability and employee engagement, the full-time remote Talent & Leadership Development Specialist will design, implement, and continuously improve programs while collaborating with business leaders to foster a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing leadership development interviews and create a Development Calendar for managers and supervisors
• Design and facilitate monthly learning sessions and quarterly manager roundtables, reporting key results and recommendations to Executives
• Provide coaching to managers and high-potential employees on personal development plans and leadership growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Minimum three years of training and development experience
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines
