Talent Events Manager

Job Summary

To support a high-impact events and speaking program, the part-time contract Talent Events & Partnerships Manager will build relationships with leading AI technology companies, execute remote events, and measure candidate engagement, all while working remotely with a required overlap of 4 hours daily with Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of potential event partners and co-hosting opportunities
• Own end-to-end remote event execution, including logistics, vendor management, and post-event follow-up
• Develop measurable attribution strategies to assess the impact of events on candidate engagement

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth technology company with 200-800 employees
• Strong experience in planning and executing events within a technology or startup environment
• Proven ability to build partnerships through proactive outreach and effective communication
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring event impact beyond basic metrics
• Operational discipline in managing budgets and vendor contracts
