Talent Events Manager

Job Summary

To support a high-impact events and speaking program, the part-time contract Talent Events & Partnerships Manager will build relationships with leading AI technology companies, manage event execution, and measure candidate engagement, all while working remotely with a required overlap with Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of potential event partners and secure co-hosting opportunities
• Own end-to-end remote event execution, including logistics, partner coordination, and post-event follow-up
• Develop measurable attribution from event attendance to downstream candidate engagement

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth technology company with 200-800 employees
• Strong experience in planning and executing events in a technology or startup environment
• Demonstrated ability in proactive outbound outreach for event and partnership opportunities
• Experience using attribution tools such as UTMs and tracked campaigns
• Strong operational discipline in managing budgets and vendor contracts
