Talent Events Manager

Job Summary

To build and run a high-impact events and speaking program supporting the talent brand, the part-time contract Talent Events & Partnerships Manager will proactively identify potential event partners, execute remote events, and measure candidate engagement, while working in a US-remote environment with a requirement for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of potential event partners across leading high-growth AI technology companies
• Own end-to-end remote event execution, including partner coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-up
• Develop measurable attribution from event attendance to downstream candidate engagement and pipeline

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience in a high-growth technology company with 200-800 employees
• Strong experience planning and executing events in a technology or startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to build event, community, or partnership opportunities through proactive outreach
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring event impact beyond surface-level engagement
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with high performance expectations
