Talent Lead

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing company, the full-time remote Talent Lead will manage HR operations, workforce planning, and total rewards, while leading the People team and driving strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with legal requirements
• Lead workforce planning and hiring processes, establishing interview standards and managing the recruiting team
• Design and implement total rewards programs, including benefits, compensation bands, and performance review cycles

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a high-growth company
• Experience managing core HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, and employee relations
• Knowledge of compensation structures and benefits strategy, including market benchmarking
• Familiarity with multi-state employment law and compliance-driven processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
