Talent Management Manager
Job Summary
To advance the organization's enterprise talent strategy, the full-time salaried Talent Management Manager will partner with leaders to implement effective performance management practices, analyze talent data, and support succession and workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote consistent and objective performance management practices across the organization
- Analyze performance and organizational data to identify trends and opportunities for leadership focus
- Manage enterprise talent reviews and the annual performance management process, ensuring alignment with company policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience leading enterprise programs or strategic HR initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS data and workforce analytics
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and facilitate talent discussions
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
