Job Summary
Supporting the design and implementation of talent management processes, the full-time remote Talent Management & Organization Development Specialist will manage performance management, talent evaluation, career development, and employee engagement initiatives across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and administer talent management processes, including performance management and succession planning
- Develop eLearning resources and facilitate leadership development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
- Analyze employee feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements for organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR fields
- Experience with performance management, talent reviews, and employee engagement processes
- Proficiency in eLearning development using platforms like Articulate Rise
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations
