Job Summary

Leading the enterprise talent management strategy, the full-time salaried Head of Talent Management Strategy will architect a future-focused talent strategy, modernize succession planning, and partner with senior leaders to enhance talent development, while working remotely or from the London or Philadelphia office.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a talent strategy that supports business transformation and organizational agility
• Modernize and scale succession planning for executive and critical roles
• Own the enterprise talent assessment methodology to provide consistent talent insights across the business

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent management experience, including HR Business Partner roles
• Experience in designing and operationalizing enterprise succession planning and talent assessment processes
• Proven experience with skills-based talent strategies and modern talent technology ecosystems
• Strong command of People Analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
