Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Manager to support their Advisory Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee career portfolios, including staffing and development decisions
• Lead staffing meetings and provide updates on hiring progress
• Track performance management processes and support employee career development

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in People Management, Talent Operations, HR, or Workforce Management
• Familiarity with project management tools and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to partner with leadership and drive accountability
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
