Job Summary
Serving as a primary operations support partner for the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time salaried Talent Operations Analyst will manage recruiting data accuracy, develop dashboards, and analyze metrics to provide insights, all within a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the accuracy, maintenance, and reporting of recruiting data across ATS and related systems
- Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership
- Manage recruiting operations activities including interview scheduling and offer generation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage high-volume, process-driven work while maintaining accuracy
