Job Summary
Owning the administration of learning technologies and coordinating logistics for talent programs, the full-time salaried Talent Operations & Technology Lead will enhance operational efficiency and support DEIB initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer learning management systems and evaluate new talent technology solutions
- Coordinate logistics for Talent programs and company-wide events, ensuring smooth execution
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards to provide insights on program health and impact
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years in learning operations, HR operations, or a related field
- Direct experience with LMS administration, particularly with Wingspan
- Strong background in operations and program management, managing multiple workstreams
- Experience in event logistics and vendor management at scale
- Data-literate with the ability to build dashboards and analyze trends
