Talent Operations Manager
Job Summary
Owning the systems and data behind the hiring process, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will architect the ATS, manage reporting for talent leadership, and lead process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and data integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Architect the ATS, including custom fields, access roles, and reporting foundations
- Own the reporting layer for talent leadership and hiring teams, ensuring accurate hiring data
- Identify patterns in Talent Operations requests to improve workflows and automate processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in recruiting, talent operations, or a similar data-focused role in a high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in ATS, particularly Ashby, with the ability to design and maintain systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building reports from vague questions
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data integration and analysis
- Experience in managing data integrity across ATS and related systems
