Talent Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing the strategic and operational aspects of Talent Acquisition, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will oversee requisition workflows, onboarding coordination, and compliance, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Talent Operations team, providing leadership and ensuring adherence to automated processes
• Act as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and internal partners, facilitating communication and process consistency
• Monitor and optimize automated requisition and onboarding workflows within iCIMS, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
• Eight or more years of HR onboarding, talent acquisition operations, or administrative experience required
• Two or more years of HR project management or HR integration experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems, particularly iCIMS
• Basic knowledge of general HR principles and applicable state and federal laws
