Talent Operations Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end operations and quality management of course talent, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will design onboarding strategies, manage performance, and drive recruiting efforts for mentors and instructors across Tech, Allied Health, and AI programs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement onboarding, training, and performance management processes for mentors and instructors
- Own talent capacity planning to support cohort launches and mitigate coverage gaps
- Drive the sourcing and hiring workflows for new course talent roles while maintaining high hiring standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent operations, customer success, program operations, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and identify solutions in ambiguous environments
- Experience in sourcing and hiring both contracted and full-time talent
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making and system building
- Bonus: experience in B2B and/or allied health fields
