Job Summary
To ensure the smooth operation of talent acquisition, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will oversee the TA Support team, streamline hiring processes, and leverage analytics and technology to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline the hiring process from job posting through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Lead the TA Support team, enforcing SLAs and maintaining compliance with hiring regulations
- Build and manage dashboards to track hiring metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to align hiring support with business needs
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting analytics, or HR technology
- 2+ years managing recruiting or HR operations teams
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
- Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools
