Job Summary
To architect and build an AI-enabled talent acquisition function, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will manage AI workflows, deploy conversational agents, and oversee recruiting infrastructure while partnering with various teams to ensure effective implementation and measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for AI architecture from design to deployment and improvement
- Deploy conversational AI agents for requisition intake, process guidance, and scheduling
- Manage system configurations, data quality, and vendor performance to streamline recruiting operations
Required qualifications
- Expert-level experience in deploying AI-enabled workflows with measurable results
- Production experience with conversational agents and connected systems
