Talent Operations Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the efficient operation of the talent acquisition function, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will manage the TA Support team, streamline hiring processes, and utilize HR technology to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline the hiring process from job posting through onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Lead the TA Support team, enforcing SLAs and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations
• Build and manage dashboards to track hiring metrics and monitor data quality across recruiting systems

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting analytics, or HR technology
• 3+ years of direct leadership experience overseeing Talent Acquisition support staff
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting operations and workflow automation
• Expertise in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms, including Power Apps and SharePoint
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Data Studio
