Job Summary
Leading a global team, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will own the recruiting tech stack, drive automation initiatives, and leverage data to enhance hiring processes across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the recruiting tech stack, including vendor evaluations and tool configurations
- Identify and automate manual processes to improve efficiency in recruiting workflows
- Lead and develop the Talent Operations team, setting service levels and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in talent operations or recruiting systems, including team leadership
- Hands-on experience with ATS, preferably as a Greenhouse admin
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience building dashboards
- Knowledge of US employment law and hiring compliance across different countries
- Experience in evaluating and negotiating with HR tech vendors
