Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Talent Operations Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage Ashby system setups, streamline interview processes, and ensure data quality to enhance the hiring experience across a rapidly growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Ashby-related inquiries, creating documentation to facilitate user understanding
• Build and customize interview plans, ensuring consistency and comparability of data across teams
• Oversee the end-to-end job posting process, maintaining accuracy from approval to closure

Required qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience as an Ashby Power User, including job setup and interview plan creation
• Experience in recruiting operations or coordination within a fast-paced environment
• Strong instincts for data hygiene and a proactive approach to resolving data issues
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Ability to communicate system changes clearly and concisely in writing
