Job Summary
Creating an exceptional onboarding experience, the full-time remote Talent Operations Specialist will manage the onboarding lifecycle for new hires from signed offers through Day 90, ensuring they feel supported and set up for long-term success.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle for every new hire, managing approximately 30-50+ tasks per hire
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and maintain structured 30/60/90-day training plans
- Conduct and manage new-hire check-ins and coordinate employee surveys to enhance the onboarding experience
Required qualifications
- Experience in onboarding, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role
- Ability to manage multiple new hires through different stages of onboarding simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills to handle 15-20 new hires without losing sight of details
- Genuine interest in employee engagement and retention
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
