Talent Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the onboarding experience from signed offers through Day 90, the full-time remote Talent Operations Specialist will create a seamless, white-glove new-hire experience while supporting employee engagement initiatives and improving Talent Operations processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires, coordinating numerous tasks to ensure a smooth transition
• Conduct regular check-ins and surveys to gather feedback and enhance the employee experience
• Support recruiting operations by assisting with candidate communication, interview coordination, and sourcing efforts

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple new hires through various stages of onboarding simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience creating welcoming employee experiences and effective communication
• Genuine interest in employee engagement and retention strategies
