Job Summary

To support a growing recruiting function, the full-time Talent Outreach Coordinator will focus on sourcing candidates using advanced AI tools, managing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, and ensuring efficient recruiting operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using innovative AI platforms and personalized outreach strategies to engage talent beyond traditional methods
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive process
• Coordinate recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling and communication, to maintain an organized and efficient hiring workflow

Required qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related recruiting roles, preferably in a tech or growth-oriented company
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Active daily user of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in a professional context
• Strong written communication skills, particularly for candidate-facing outreach
• A high personal standard for quality in details and candidate selection processes
