Job Summary
Supporting full cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, the full-time remote Talent Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and a Senior Talent Partner to execute recruiting strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, coordinating with hiring managers and HR leadership
- Execute sourcing strategies and screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit
- Maintain communication with candidates and support the interview and offer processes
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience recruiting technical or professional roles, preferably in the AEC industry
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools
- Experience evaluating technical skill sets across engineering, design, or construction roles
- Familiarity with AEC project delivery environments and emerging technologies in recruiting
