Job Summary
Supporting full cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, the full-time remote Talent Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and a Senior Talent Partner to execute recruiting strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles in the AEC environment, coordinating with the Senior Talent Partner and HR leadership
- Execute sourcing strategies and screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and support the interview and offer processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience recruiting technical or professional roles, preferably within the AEC industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HR management, business, or communications
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience evaluating technical skill sets across engineering, design, construction, or consulting roles
- Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, or data analytics to improve recruiting processes
