Job Summary
Supporting full cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, the full-time remote Talent Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and a Senior Talent Partner to execute recruiting strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles in the AEC environment, coordinating with the Senior Talent Partner and HR leadership
- Execute sourcing strategies using various platforms and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring managers' needs and organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience recruiting technical or professional roles, preferably in the AEC industry
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience evaluating technical skill sets in engineering, design, construction, or consulting roles
- Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies to enhance recruiting processes
