Job Summary
Supporting full cycle recruiting efforts for technical and professional roles within the AEC industry, the full-time remote Talent Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and a Senior Talent Partner to execute recruiting strategies and enhance candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, coordinating with the Senior Talent Partner and HR leadership
- Execute sourcing strategies and screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and support offer processes to ensure a positive hiring experience
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience recruiting technical or professional roles, preferably in the AEC industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HR management, business, or communications
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience evaluating technical skill sets across engineering, design, construction, or consulting roles
- Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, or data analytics to improve recruiting processes
