Job Summary
To grow and manage the Salesforce Expert Network, the full-time remote Founding Talent Partner will source exceptional Salesforce talent, build relationships with independent consultants, and match experts to customer engagements while supporting internal recruiting efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage Salesforce professionals, building relationships and tracking emerging skills
- Screen and match consultants to projects, collaborating with delivery leads to understand talent needs
- Manage network operations, including maintaining the talent database and coordinating onboarding for consultants
Required qualifications
- 2-4+ years in technical recruiting, talent operations, staffing, or marketplace operations
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including roles and certifications
- Experience recruiting or staffing contractors or consultants is a strong plus
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Startup experience is a plus
