Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Talent Partner, the successful candidate will own the full-cycle recruiting process across various functions, partnering with hiring leaders to make informed hiring decisions while proactively sourcing and engaging candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance across diverse teams, independently defining search strategies
• Conduct candidate screenings and provide hiring managers with evidence-based recommendations, while facilitating weekly search meetings to discuss pipeline and market insights
• Collaborate with the People Team on talent strategy and continuously improve recruiting processes using metrics and innovative tools

Required qualifications

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to operate independently from day one
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, particularly in unfamiliar roles or functions
• Experience in partnering effectively with hiring managers and utilizing data to inform recruiting strategies
• Proficiency with an ATS and familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance hiring quality
• A track record of identifying and improving inefficient workflows without direct supervision
