Job Summary

Seeking a well-organized Talent Producer for a hybrid full-time role who will support the Creator Casting Producer in talent research, sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and relationship management for various campaigns, primarily in-office with some remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent casting, outreach, negotiations, and relationship management across multiple projects
• Source and cast creators and influencers that align with campaign strategies
• Manage talent communication throughout project lifecycles, including contract negotiations and approvals

Required qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience casting branded content campaigns with creators or influencers
• Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the creator ecosystem
• Experience negotiating talent deals and brand partnership agreements
• Working knowledge of production workflows and on-set operations
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously
