Job Summary
Managing leadership development initiatives, the full-time remote Talent Program Manager will design and facilitate training sessions, oversee program effectiveness, and provide coaching to associates to enhance their career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and facilitate virtual and in-person leadership development sessions using appropriate adult learning strategies
- Manage and evaluate programs to ensure quality and effectiveness, tracking measures of success such as ROI and talent retention
- Partner with business leaders and external vendors to create comprehensive education and development experiences for all organizational levels
Required qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the 70/20/10 model for development
- Proven ability to provide coaching and development assessments to individuals and teams
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with HR and business leaders to identify training needs
- Ability to manage budgets and vendor agreements effectively
