Talent Programs Lead

Job Summary

To enhance talent management processes, the full-time remote Talent Programs Lead will design and implement AI-enabled workflows, manage the employee lifecycle architecture, and build scalable talent programs to optimize organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Build self-service tools and dashboards for managers, providing AI-enabled guidance for decision-making
• Own the experience and process architecture from attraction through exit, identifying and resolving inconsistencies
• Operationalize performance cycle mechanics and run engagement survey programs to synthesize feedback and action plans

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in talent management, organizational design, or People Operations with a focus on end-to-end employee lifecycle design
• Proven ability to independently build initial program versions rather than delegating to others
• Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed organizations managing structural changes
• Strong judgment regarding the appropriate use of AI in talent processes
• Comfort with ambiguous mandates, acting as a strategic quarterback for talent operations
