Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Talent Recruiter - Localization to join the Vendor Services team remotely, who will focus on sourcing, screening, and building relationships with specialized freelance linguists and language-service professionals across multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and assess freelance translators, editors, and other language professionals
- Conduct targeted searches and maintain accurate vendor profiles and recruiting records
- Build and maintain a qualified talent pipeline for current and future projects
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple searches independently
- Localization/translation industry experience is highly preferred
