Job Summary

To build a targeted pipeline of skilled garage door technicians, the contract Talent Scout will engage in direct sourcing from competitor companies and cultivate relationships within the trade while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly approach technicians employed at target competitor companies to discreetly source candidates
• Expand and enrich a candidate list through industry associations, trade shows, and online communities
• Maintain an organized pipeline and manage outreach documentation and reporting through the ATS

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or executive recruiting is required
• Background in trades, home services, or automotive recruiting is strongly preferred
• Agency experience is required
• Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach and managing rejection
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with blue-collar tradespeople
