Talent Selection Specialist

Job Summary

To provide top-tier recruitment and staffing services, the full-time remote Talent Selection Specialist will manage the sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring processes while ensuring excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and executes the recruitment process to ensure a diverse pool of candidates
• Sets service level agreements with hiring managers to define roles and control the hiring process
• Prepares candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the organization and position

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment laws
• Experience in medium to large sized organizations, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS preferred
