Job Summary
To drive innovation and optimize operations, the full-time remote Talent Solutions Consultant will manage talent system workstreams, consult on data analysis, and enhance recruitment strategies across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manages data related to talent management systems and processes, ensuring effective service delivery
- Leads the design and implementation of talent technologies using project management methodologies
- Consults with Talent leadership to interpret data trends and develop solutions for performance gaps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Five years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or Talent Management systems
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Workday, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Power Query is preferred
