Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Talent Sourcer will engage in sourcing candidates for various roles, manage candidate pipelines, and enhance outreach strategies to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong pipelines for priority roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates
• Conduct thoughtful outreach to candidates, providing relevant and personalized communication about opportunities
• Utilize hiring-team feedback and conversion data to continuously improve sourcing strategies and results

Required qualifications

• 1-6 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or recruiting agency
• Experience sourcing for Go-To-Market, Engineering, or Product Management roles
• Strong research instincts with the ability to identify candidate fit beyond titles and keywords
• Proven ability to write concise and compelling communications to engage candidates
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to manage multiple searches independently in a fast-paced environment
