Job Summary

To support a growing recruiting pipeline, the part-time Talent Sourcer will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for marketing agency roles remotely, dedicating 15-20 hours per week to finding qualified candidates and managing outreach efforts.

Key responsibilities
  • Source 30-50 qualified candidates weekly across various platforms including LinkedIn and niche communities
  • Conduct personalized outreach and pre-screen candidates through 15-minute introductory calls
  • Maintain a clean tracking sheet of all candidates and provide written summaries for interested candidates
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of sourcing experience, preferably for marketing, creative, or remote-first roles
  • Demonstrated portfolio of effective personalized outreach
  • Availability for 3-4 hours per day on weekdays
  • Strong organizational skills with minimal need for oversight
