Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruiting pipeline, the part-time Talent Sourcer will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for marketing agency roles, working remotely and dedicating 15-20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Source 30-50 qualified candidates weekly using platforms like LinkedIn, Wellfound, and niche communities
• Conduct personalized outreach and pre-screen candidates through 15-minute introductory calls
• Maintain a clean tracking sheet of all candidates engaged throughout the sourcing process

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of sourcing experience, preferably for marketing, creative, or remote-first roles
• A portfolio showcasing effective personalized outreach that generates responses
• Availability for 3-4 hours per day on weekdays
• Strong organizational skills with minimal need for oversight
