Talent Sourcer
Job Summary
Proactively identifying and engaging talent, the remote Talent Sourcer will develop qualified talent pipelines, execute sourcing strategies, and partner with Recruiters to meet the organization's hiring needs in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for assigned positions and talent segments
- Partner closely with Recruiters to understand open positions and communicate sourcing activity and candidate pipeline quality
- Research target companies and talent markets to build and maintain talent maps for critical positions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Preferred experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other candidate sourcing platforms
- Strong research and talent-market mapping skills
