Key responsibilities
- Source talent across various roles using creative and non-traditional platforms
- Map candidate pools and uncover hard-to-find profiles using advanced sourcing tools
- Craft personalized outreach campaigns to drive high response rates and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within the iGaming industry
- Hands-on experience with talent sourcing tools and advanced search techniques
- Experience in sourcing talent from alternative channels like Reddit, X, and Discord
- Proactive approach with strong organizational skills
- Eager-to-learn mindset with curiosity about innovative sourcing strategies
