Talent Sourcer
Job Summary
Proactively identifying and engaging talent, the full-time remote Talent Sourcer will develop qualified talent pipelines, partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs, and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for assigned positions and talent segments
- Partner closely with Recruiters to communicate sourcing activity and provide qualified candidates
- Research target companies and maintain talent maps for critical positions and strategic growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Strong research and talent-market mapping skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other candidate sourcing platforms
- Preferred experience in the construction industry
