Job Summary
Proactively building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, the Talent Sourcer will work remotely or from the McLean, VA or Irving, TX offices, focusing on sourcing talent for various roles in the Data Center development and construction industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs across various levels and functions
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and assess both passive and active candidates
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies based on role requirements
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least one year in the data center or construction industries
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Proven ability to source for multiple roles simultaneously, from entry-level to executive-level positions
- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment needs and terminology within the data center or construction sectors
- Experience with recruitment tools and metrics, including ATS systems
