Talent Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy, this full-time remote position will manage talent discovery, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment efforts, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques to build diverse candidate pipelines and enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methodologies to identify and engage top-tier passive candidates, focusing on hard-to-fill roles
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics coordination to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for priority requisitions, from intake calls through offer negotiation

Required qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on proactive candidate sourcing
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills for coordinating multi-stage interviews
• Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the talent acquisition process
